We respect your privacy and process only the data we actually need in order to answer your enquiry and arrange a viewing. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

What data we process

When you complete the viewing request form, we receive:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your telephone number, if you provide one (this field is optional),
• the content and date of the enquiry.

Server logs also record the IP address, browser type and time of the request, standard web server activity needed for security and fault diagnosis.

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis and retention

Enquiry form

Basis, your consent and steps taken prior to entering a contract. Retained for 12 months from the last correspondence.

Server logs

Basis, legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Retained for 30 days.

Contractual relations

Basis, performance of a contract and statutory requirements. Retained for the statutory period; accounting records for 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except where the providers named above do so on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures: access limited to those who need it, encrypted transmission, backups and server software updates. No measure gives absolute protection, but we will notify you and the supervisory authority of any serious data breach as required by law.

The information on this website is for information only and is not a public offer to enter into a contract. Areas, heights, power ratings and other technical figures are indicative, exact figures are set out in the lease and the handover record.
